An ENT physician or audiologist at Byrd Audiology will begin by asking you a series of comprehensive questions to determine your current health status, as well as all the vertigo symptoms you may currently be experiencing. A physical examination of your head and ears is common, and depending on your symptoms, you may also undergo:

• Vestibular rehabilitation sessions that include the Epley and Semont maneuvers for patients with inner ear illnesses
• Hearing tests
• Imaging and blood tests
• Dynamic visual acuity tests
• Coordination tests to determine your motor skills
